b a nk. I planned on re tu rn i n g
t o the same spot as the o t h e r
m orning where i managed t h e
o t her common but wi th t h e
r o ad closed and all acc e s s
c u t off i had no choice b u t t o
g o elsewhere. I ended u p o n
a s t r e t c h I’ v e h a d m y e y e o n
b u t n e v e r f i s h e d b e f o r e, k n e w
nothing about it and for all
i k n e w, m a y n o t h a v e h e l d a
fish. Only there less than an
h o u r b e f o r e t h e l e f t -h a n d r o d
let off a splutter and i was into
a fish, just over 12 and half
lb of pure gold from a quiet,
seemingly untouched stretch
o f c a n a l . n o p r e -b a i t i n g, j u s t
half a dozen pineapple & cream
boilies over 2 likely looking
