Taken on another quick
morning session and this time on
a new bait for me, Nash monster
pursuit from Cannock angling
centre.
A quick couple of pics and
some care to an old wound before
slipping her straight back.

I can’t say I’m all that keen
on wading out into the cut,
especially once the water gets
past a certain depth ;-) one thing
I am keen on though is slipping
the net under fish like this.
Another old canal warrior that
fancied playing hard to get by
ending up locked in the reeds,
seconds after picking up the bait.
For the fishes’ sake and for
my own, I will always choose
uncomfortable wet clothes over
a lost / damaged fish any day!
