applied pressure, and about five minutes later, the fish was on
the surface. As I saw the fish, I started shaking, as I knew this
was a PB. After 15 minutes the fish was over the net , and I
could not believe my eyes. I didn’t just catch a fish after three
blank sessions; I caught my first ever 30 and smashed my PB!
I was over the moon, and my emotions were running wild. I
could not stop smiling! The fish went 32lb 4oz.
As this was my first time eve r c a tc hi ng a f i s h o f th i s s i z e , I
was more bothered about t he f i sh c a re a nd s a fe t y o f t h e f i s h ,
s o I didn’t want to hold it u p to o mu c h. I j u s t re ste d i t o n my
b e lly for extra protection fo r t h e f i s h, s o I’ m s o rr y i f th e p i c s
a ren’t the best , but you ca n se e t he j oy i n my fa c e!
