Catch of the Day 2025
Love fishing? Join our virtual Catch of the Day
event this August. Take part from anywhere in the
UK and raise vital funds to help provide special
experiences for seriously ill young adult. Date –
From Midday 1 August to Midday 3 August
Location – Anywhere – at your local lake or
favourite fishing spot. Cost – Free to take part! By
raising £20, you’ll receive a free t-shirt in the post.
Willow is casting its net, far and wide! We’re
launching a new virtual fishing event. This virtual
experience invites everyone, across the UK to join
in the fun—at your local lakes or favourite fishing
spots, whilst raising vital funds for Willow. By
signing up you’ll be part of a fishing community
with insight from the likes of David Seaman MBE,
Tom Maker, Scott Lloyd and Carl Smith. You can
take part with friends and family, with prizes
being awarded to the biggest catch in both under
16s and over 16s categories—any species counts!
Competition will run from midday Friday to
midday Sunday, with participants able to fish for
any length of time within those parameters.
