The lake in question was
C a r p t o n i k ’s Tr o u t L a k e. I t ’s
around 19 acres with 2 islands
a n d a s p i t. Ke v W h i t e t o o k t h e
lake on just over 5 years ago
with a partner who caused no
end of issues and left within
o wner, was happy fo r m e to
l e ave my gear in the swim . We
h a d a booking on ap p, so y o u
c o uld see how many ang l e r s
w ere coming and the reg u l a r
l a ds knew what I was do i n g
a n d in fairness to them they l e t
m e get on with my fi shin g. It
w orked bo th ways as I’d o f t e n
g e t messages asking wh a t
w as occurring at the l ake, f r o m
t h e weekend guys especi a l l y.
T here’s plenty of fish to g o
a r ound and I have always b e e n
h a ppy to put people o n th e m
w here pos sible.

it is rapidly becoming the new
