Temperatures have stayed pretty high
through October. Only in the last day or 2
has it starting dipping below 10 degrees.
There’s been a raft of big fish coming out
as they feed up ready for winter. Check
out some of the best advice around in this
months issue to maximise your chances
as the water cools.
Have to say a big well done to our
designer, James. He finally banked his
first UK 40 and it was the first 40 from his
syndicate, Carptonik in Newbury. James
only fishes overnighters and has had a
tremendous season. He’ll be giving you
the full story in the January issue. It goes
to show you can still be consistent with
limited time.
So, just time to wish you all tight lines
for November. Keep warm and dry and
most of all do it safely.
