A friendly reminder for those
fishing at Danson Park Lake.
We’ve received a number of
reports recently, so here’s a
quick reminder of the fishing
rules to help everyone enjoy the
lake responsibly:
Fishing is only allowed in the
designated area during daylight
hours. Night fishing is not

permitted at any time of year.
Bait boats and sling shots are
not allowed on or near the lake
Please
take
home
all
equipment — especially fishing
lines, which can harm wildlife
Following these rules helps
keep the lake enjoyable for
everyone. Don’t forget, the
closed season begins 16 March
